This five-course special menu will be served seven days a week featuring dishes such as the dirty martini on the half shell, which includes local oysters with olive brine pearls, dirty martini granita, and Cajun caviar. Featuring modern takes on traditional Louisiana cuisine, the menu spans from crawfish to shrimp and grits. Elevating the beloved flavors of the South, Chef Bickford's playground menu features Crawfish and Hokkaido Scallops over braised collard greens, Creole cream cheese grits, mirliton kimchi, and crawfish boil hollandaise.

To complete the experience, the Commander's Palace wine guy, Dan Davis, can curate an optional wine pairing, supplementing the delicacies featured on this special menu. With a wine list featuring the South's largest collection of Champagnes and over 40 wines by the glass, Commander's Palace was made to celebrate the flavors of the Gulf Coast.
