This pre-festival exhibition, running April 16 through May 3, offers art enthusiasts and festivalgoers an intimate glimpse into the rich tapestry of crafts and cultural expressions that make the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival a truly unique celebration.
The exhibition brings together diverse artistic traditions from the festival's renowned craft areas, including the Congo Square African Marketplace, Contemporary Crafts, Louisiana Marketplace, Folklife Village, and Native American Village. Each space represents a unique facet of cultural expression, from handcrafted works reflecting the African diaspora to indigenous artistry and contemporary innovations.
