A Feast of Favors Awaits

The Crown Jewel of the Gulf Coast, the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino of Biloxi, has been updated with a multi-million-dollar renovation and is welcoming guests with a brand new buffet.

Executive Chef Kristian Wade is grateful to reopen and provide an elevated guest experience just in time for the holiday season. The refresh includes aesthetic upgrades, new stations, and exciting menu additions, including "royal reds, Cajun shrimp alfredo, deep fried Cajun catfish, and other coastal cuisine, and additional live action stations including a Mongolian grill and dessert station, allowing us to serve the freshest food possible, efficiently and effectively," Chef Wade said in a press release.

The freshened interior aesthetic is a modern design that features bright patterns and a nautical palette that complements original brick and copper composition, as well as updated décor, lighting, paint, and flooring along with the reconfiguration of the salad station opens the space. New convenient amenities include an ice cream station and two self-serve beverage stations with 25 options.

Additionally, the buffet will include more live cooking stations and new residential size serving cookware that keeps food warmer longer--ultimately providing better food quality.

The new Mongolian grill allows guests to create their own Asian entrees, the new dessert station features made-to-order treats such as Bananas Foster and fresh beignets, and a new waffle station lets attendees to make their own breakfast. These stations complement the other create-your-own-pasta, omelets made-to-order, and the expansive carving board stations. Over 30 new healthy and vegan options were also added to the buffet.

Saturday nights will feature a variety of seafood, and Southern favorites such as seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffee and jambalaya are still on the menu.

An upgraded wine menu with selections by the glass or by the bottle, as well as a special cocktail menu offering seasonal daiquiris, has also been added to the full-service bar.
