The Saints have released their 2019 training camp schedule.
The camp returns to the Oschner Sports Performance Center in Metairie for the third consecutive summer after the team spent three camps at The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia from 2014-2016.
Rookies will report on Thursday, July 18, and the veteran players will join them a week later on Thursday, July 25. Fans can get a glimpse of the Black and Gold the following Friday morning, the first of 12 practices open to the public.
The Saints also announced that seating for fans will be covered and misted this year, lessening the impact of the summer's heat and humidity.
"We greatly appreciate the support of our fans and the impact they have on our winning games," Saints Owner Gayle Benson said in a statement. "I know our fans give our players a boost as they put in the hard work that it takes to prepare for the season. Training camp is a special opportunity for our fans to get a unique view of the coaches and players, and we want them to be as comfortable as possible."
Fans can reserve tickets on the Saints' official website. Season ticket holders can register on Tuesday, July 16, followed by those on the season ticket waiting list on Wednesday, July 17, and the general public on Thursday, July 18.
