Virginia Beach found itself in the first-place position—barely—with North Carolina’s Raleigh and Charlotte following narrowly behind in second and third, respectively. At the bottom of the list are New York, San Francisco, and Memphis. The nearest city to New Orleans to rank in the top ten was Atlanta.
