Mexican musician and songwriter Christian Nodal played at Smoothie King Center on August 31, 2023. He's mainly known for popularizing "mariacheño," a fusion genre between mariachi and norteño music. He brought an entire mariachi band of around ten members to play live with him on stage. Nodal has received various awards and nominations, including seven Billboard Latin Music Awards, five Latin Grammy Awards, ten Premios Lo Nuestro, and three Grammy Awards nominations. Nodal's passion shines through his performance, and his vocal skills are undeniably fantastic.
