A Lovely Valentine's Day Concert
The House of Blues New Orleans hosted Beartooth, with supporting acts Sleep Theory, Invent Animate, and The Plot in You, this Valentine's Day with a sold-out show.
Newcomers Sleep Theory started the show off with a bang with their song "Fallout," hyping the crowd up for the night ahead. The Memphis natives preformed a short set of only six songs, finishing out their time with a high energy performance of their song "Another Way."
Invent Animate took the stage next with their song "False Meridian," leaving the crowd buzzing. Vocalist Marcus Vik interacted with fans, encouraging them to crowd surf.
The Plot in You were third to take the stage, having the longest set of the three supporting acts. Much like the others, The Plot in You put on a high-energy performance, leaving the crowd on a high note with their single "Feel Nothing" and eager for Beartooth.
A wave of excitement crashed over the crowd as the lights
dimmed and Beartooth took the stage, led by vocalist Caleb Shomo. The band
opened with their newest single "Sunshine!" The excitement increased throughout
the night, with loads of confetti, crowd surfing, and a circle-pit that started
a few times. One of the highlights of the night was when the band slowed things
down for an acoustic performance of The Killers' "Mr. Brightside," which faded
into "Look the Other Way." They finished
off the show on a high note with their hit single "In Between."
