You may have stumbled upon the French Quarter eatery SoBou (South of Bourbon) by now, but have you ever had the pleasure of dining on one of their fantastic, ever changing tacos paired with a completely custom tequila cocktail? Every single Tuesday at SoBou located in the W Hotel on Chartres Street, you can grab a $3 taco made with different ingredients each week and a $5 tequila cocktail made to go along with said taco. Featured local draft beers are a mere $2! Chef Daren Paretto likes to make his rotating tacos with a Creole infusion. This week, he created a grilled redfish taco with pickled vegetables that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. This delectable treat was paired with a fresh, light tequila drink infused with spicy bell pepper. It smelled like a garden at the table!
