In 2012, eight-time Pro Bowler Patrick Peterson founded the Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success, whose mission is to provide opportunities and resources for low-income, inner-city youth. Patrick wishes to use his status as one of the NFL's highest profile stars to give back to the community through the foundation and other charitable contributions.
Patrick Peterson is best known as the first defensive back player in NFL history to wear a single-digit jersey number. He will make history by wearing the lucky number 7 for his new team, the Minnesota Vikings, the same number he wore during high school and college at LSU before he became the #1 defensive player in the league.
In celebration, Peterson is partnering with Fandiem, a digital fundraising program, to benefit the Patrick Peterson Foundation for Success. Fandiem is known for connecting fans with their favorite, music, artist, or even athlete, all while giving back to certain causes and non-profits. Fans who donate to the foundation are entered to win an exclusive Peterson #7 NFT, along with two tickets to sit in Patrick's seats for both the Vikings and LSU games once per year until he retires! An autographed Patrick Peterson Vikings jersey will also be awarded to the primary winner. The approximate retail value of the prize is $10,000.
You have until November 1, 2021 to submit, so get your game on! The more you donate, the more chances of winning…and the more you help a good cause.
