On Saturday, May 11 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Josephine Estelle will be hosting "A Trip Through Italy," in the form of a pasta-making and wine-tasting experience.

Executive Chef Trey Williams will take guests through the art of hand-rolling pasta and pairing it with the restaurant's signature sauces. To complete the journey, Pietra Bijos, Josephine Estelle's area director of food and beverage, will lead a curated wine-tasting.

Make sure to sign up in advance for this unforgettable experience. Tickets are just $80 to gain the lifelong skill of pasta making.

Josephine Estelle is a Southern inspired Italian osteria located inside the Ace Hotel. Guests of the hotel, NOLA visitors, and locals alike enjoy visiting this pasta paradise. The restaurant is open every day of the week offering it's varied menus including breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and a chef's table experience. The restaurant has a great selection of wines to pair with any of their gourmet pasta dishes.

Josephine Estelle has been serving up fresh pasta to the city of New Orleans since 2016 and is a perfect spot for those looking for delicious food at a fine dining level. Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman are both James Beard Award nominated chefs who opened Josephine Estelle together and gave it the namesake of their daughters.
